* NOTE: There will be no continuing education, business meeting at the AOA Congress. This was voted on and approved by the membership at the Federal Service Optometry Meeting in November, 2002.

**NOTE: At the Annual Meeting in February, 2004, the Executive Council voted to reinstate the Reception on Friday evening .
