NOTE: AFOS dues are due in full on 1 January of each year. AOA dues may be paid in full or quarterly. Quarterly AOA payments of $177.75 (full members) are due on 1 Jan, 1 April, 1 July and 1 Oct.

AOA and AFOS can be combined into one payment and sent to the address listed below.  We accept payments by check or on-line payments.

All payments for new members must be accompanied by a fully completed application, which can be sent by e-mail (for on-line payments) or with the check.

DO NOT SEND DUES PAYMENTS TO THE AOA!

For Active Members, the AOA has been a strong supporter of federal service optometry. AOA dues should be included with your application and we will complete the paperwork with the AOA for you.
