Support the Armed Forces Optometric Foundation
Do you know about the Armed Forces Optometric Foundation?? It is the new nonprofit, charitable (501c3) arm of AFOS that was created...
- To support and educate federal service optometrists and to further improve the optometric care of patients being served by the DoD, PHS/IHS, and VA;
- To provide scholarships and/or travel grants to Federal Service optometric educators; and
- To support sister organizations which work to further optometric care for DoD, PHS/IHS, and VA patients.
Giving Tuesday is a special day each year meant to "open the giving season".
We encourage and kindly ask you to make a tax-deductible, charitable donation of $10, $25, $50, or more to help the Foundation take flight.
