Dr. Michelle Aaron is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Bachelor of Vision Science degree and her Optometry degree. After graduation Dr. Aaron joined the Air Force and Served for 26 years as an Optometrist, retiring in 2022 at the rank of Colonel.
She completed an optometric residency in Hospital Based Optometry from the University of Houston, College of Optometry and eight years later, returned there to earn her Doctorate in Vision Science. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and serves on committees for each national organization.
